Jump the Queue

Add 'Express' to your basket alongside your bow tie(s), and your whole order goes straight to the front of my sewing queue. I'll make it by hand with exactly the same care as always, and dispatch it within 48 working hours. It's sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (signature required), so it reaches you by 1pm the next working day after dispatch. I'll email you the tracking number as soon as it's posted.

The 48 hours start from when you order, if that's before 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays start the next working day. Express is for UK delivery addresses only.

Yes, your order is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® which will require a signature. 

Add 'Priority' to your basket alongside your bow tie(s), and your whole order moves ahead of my usual queue. I'll make it by hand with exactly the same care as always, and dispatch it within 3 working days, not my usual 5. It's sent by Royal Mail 24 First Class, but you can upgrade shipping to 'Next Day' (signature required) at checkout if you wish to. I'll email you as soon as it's on its way.

The 3 working days start from when you order, if that's before 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays start the next working day. Priority is for UK delivery addresses only. If you need it faster, choose 'Express'.

From when you place your order on a working day (Mon–Fri) before 5pm. After 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays, it starts the next working day.

Custom orders usually need fabric sourcing and sampling first, so please get in touch and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.

Your bow tie(s) are refunded as normal under my returns policy. The 'Express' or 'Priority' fee isn't refundable once your order has been dispatched, because by then the priority making and delivery have already been provided.

Not at the moment, because Royal Mail Special Delivery only covers UK addresses. If you're outside of the UK, contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
