Delivery and Returns

Almost every bow tie, pocket square and pair of cufflinks that I sell is handmade by me, which means it's cut, sewn and finished by hand, and I work through orders on a first come, first served basis. This means your order will usually be dispatched within 4 working days. An 'Express Sew & Send' service is available HERE or feel free to get in touch with me HERE to enquire about the availability of items.

All bow ties will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a box. Multiple bow ties will be packed up to two in one box. If you require separate boxes, please check the tick box in your cart area or leave a message in the note section of your order to let me know.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

 

Deliveries within the UK - Dispatched Within 4 Working Days

  • Royal Mail 24 First Class 1-3 days £3.95
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm £10.95 (signature required)
  • Free shipping with purchases of £80 and over
  • Express Sew & Send service - If you need your order in a hurry, use my 'Jump the Queue' service where I will make & dispatch your items the next working day (where orders are placed before 12pm). Please see details and FAQs HERE

     

    International Deliveries- Dispatched Within 4 Working Days

    Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed - delivery within 5-25 working days (although please be aware this CAN take up to 90 working days).

    • Europe - £10 or spend £100 for free delivery
    • United States - £10 or spend £100 for free delivery
    • Australia - £14 or spend £100 for free delivery

      Express International Service - Dispatched Within 4 Working Days

      Worldwide Express Service - delivery within 2-7 working days after dispatch to most locations (strongly recommended if you need your purchase quickly). Destinations further afield, such as Australia, may take slightly longer. £30-£69.

      ALL taxes/duties that may be applied to your order on delivery are your responsibility to pay EXCEPT for the USA.

      Orders to the USA will automatically collect fees for tariffs which I will pay directly to US customs on your behalf - there is nothing you need to do. 

      *Please note that these are the shipping company's estimates and I personally cannot guarantee delivery times. Also, I can't refund your purchase if it's delayed by customs so if you order from abroad please be aware that sometimes delays can occur at this stage in the shipping process. You will be responsible for all customs duties and other charges. If you decide to reject your package, you will not be refunded original shipping costs. 

       

      Custom Commissions

      Custom commissions or bulk orders will be dispatched when ready and in consultation with you. 

       

      Returns and Refund Policy

      In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will offer a full refund when the items are returned unworn, with tags still attached and in their original condition (as new) and packaging within 28 days of purchase. Return postage costs will not be refunded. 

      Please note, custom commissions are non-refundable.

       

      Disclaimer

      Blue Eyes Bow Ties products are great fun and bring joy to many people! However, please remember that bow ties, cufflinks and enamel pins are not toys and should only be used for their intended purpose. Children, infants, babies and pets should never be left unattended with, or wearing a bow tie, cufflinks, pin, or any of Blue Eyes Bow Ties products.
