Please read the following Terms & Conditions before entering the Blue Eyes Bow Ties 10th Anniversary Prize Draw.

Promoter: Blue Eyes Bow Ties, Wiltshire, UK.
Opening date: The prize draw opens at7.00pm (UK time) on Monday 7 September 2026.
Closing date: The prize draw closes at11.59pm (UK time) on Thursday 10 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
The prize draw is openworldwide to anyone aged 18 or over.
One entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
To enter, you must complete the official Blue Eyes Bow Ties prize draw entry form and provide yourfirst name, surname and a valid email address.
Joining the Blue Eyes Bow Ties email subscriber list isnot a condition of entry. Where applicable, entrants will be given a separate choice to opt in to receive Blue Eyes Bow Ties marketing emails.

There isone prize: one Blue Eyes Bow Ties bow tie of the winner’s choice, up to a maximum retail value of£39.
The winner may choose any Blue Eyes Bow Ties bow tie priced at £39 or less that is available to purchase at the time the prize is claimed.
If the winner’s preferred bow tie is no longer available, they may choose another eligible bow tie.
The prize isnon-transferable and non-exchangeable.
There isno cash alternative, and the prize cannot be exchanged for store credit, a gift voucher or another product.

Delivery to a UK address is included free of charge.
Winners outside the UK will be responsible for the cost of international postage.
Any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed in the destination country are also the responsibility of the winner.

After the prize draw closes, one winner will be selectedat random from all valid entries using a computerised random name generator.
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied on their entry form onFriday 11 September 2026.
The winner must respond within7 days of the winner notification email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.
Blue Eyes Bow Ties will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but cannot accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses, emails being directed to spam or junk folders, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner.

Blue Eyes Bow Ties may make available limited information to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded, normally the winner’ssurname and county for a UK winner, or an equivalent region/country for an overseas winner.
Entrants may request that this information is not published, or that the amount of information made available is reduced.
Where required, Blue Eyes Bow Ties may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Personal information supplied when entering will be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner.
Any separate consent given to receive Blue Eyes Bow Ties marketing emails will be handled separately and in accordance with theBlue Eyes Bow Ties Privacy Policy.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting their prize draw entry.

Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The prize will be awarded as described. If circumstances outside Blue Eyes Bow Ties’ reasonable control make that impossible, a reasonable equivalent may be offered.
By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.
