Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before entering the Blue Eyes Bow Ties 10th Anniversary Quiz.

  • Promoter: Blue Eyes Bow Ties, Wiltshire, UK.
  • The quiz opens onWednesday 9 September 2026 and closes at11.59pm (UK time) on Thursday 10 September 2026.
  • Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
  • Entry isfree and no purchase is necessary.
  • The quiz is openworldwide to anyone aged 18 or over.
  • One entry per person is permitted. Where more than one entry is submitted by the same person, Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to disregard duplicate entries.
  • Entrants must complete and submit the official Blue Eyes Bow Ties 10th Anniversary Quiz using the online quiz form.

How the Winner Will Be Chosen

  • The quiz consists of questions relating toBlue Eyes Bow Ties and its history over the past ten years.
  • Entrants who answerall of the quiz questions correctly will be eligible to win the prize.
  • If only one entrant achieves full marks, that entrant will be the winner.
  • If more than one entrant achieves full marks, all eligible full-mark entries will be entered into acomputerised random draw, from which one winner will be selected.
  • The random selection process will be recorded or otherwise documented so that Blue Eyes Bow Ties can demonstrate that the winner was selected fairly.
  • If no entrant achieves full marks, the entrant or entrants achieving thehighest overall score will become eligible to win. If more than one entrant achieves that highest score, the winner will be selected at random from those entrants using the same computerised random process.
  • The answers recorded when the quiz is submitted will be treated as the entrant’s final answers.

The winner may chooseone of the following two bundles:

Gustav Klimt ‘The Kiss’ Bundle

  • One Gustav Klimt ‘The Kiss’ pocket square
  • One pair of matching socks
  • One Blue Eyes Bow Ties enamel pin

OR

Vincent van Gogh ‘Starry Night’ Bundle

  • One Van Gogh ‘Starry Night’ pocket square
  • One pair of matching socks
  • One Blue Eyes Bow Ties enamel pin
  • The winner will be asked which of the two bundles they would like when they respond to their winner notification email.
  • The prize isnon-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • There isno cash alternative, gift voucher alternative or store-credit alternative.

Delivery

  • Delivery to a UK address is included free of charge.
  • A winner outside the UK will be responsible for the cost of international postage.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed in the destination country will also be the responsibility of the winner.

Contacting the Winner

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their quiz entry onFriday 11 September 2026.
  • The winner must respond within7 days of the winner notification email.
  • When replying, the winner should confirm whether they would like theGustav Klimt ‘The Kiss’ Bundle or theVan Gogh ‘Starry Night’ Bundle and provide the information required for delivery.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another eligible winner.
  • Blue Eyes Bow Ties will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect email address, an email being directed to a spam or junk folder, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Valid Entries

  • Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted using false information or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding the prize.
  • Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or unfairly influence the quiz or winner-selection process may result in disqualification.

Personal Information

  • Personal information supplied in connection with the quiz will be used to administer the promotion, identify eligible entrants and contact the winner.
  • Any separate consent given to receive Blue Eyes Bow Ties marketing emails will be handled independently and in accordance with theBlue Eyes Bow Ties Privacy Policy.

Winner Information

  • Blue Eyes Bow Ties may make available limited information to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded, normally the winner’s surname and county for a UK winner, or equivalent region/country for an overseas winner.
  • Entrants may request that this information is not published, or that the amount of information made available is reduced.
  • Where required, Blue Eyes Bow Ties may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.

General

  • Blue Eyes Bow Ties reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  • The prize will be awarded as described. If circumstances outside Blue Eyes Bow Ties’ reasonable control make this impossible, a reasonable equivalent may be offered.
  • By entering the quiz, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.
